investment but taking an average small property buyer as an example
and how best his money can be invested, the best option is either
a larger villa or a reasonably sized residential house.
The best options incorporating low prices
and reasonable building structures would be something built before
the second World War as the building quality of that period was
much better then in the post-war communism era.
This is true for major Czech town real estate
but less for village 'country' property where even better options
and buying deals can be attained.
